法国信息技术服务企业 Atos周五公布，全年营收略高于 80 亿欧元（93 亿美元），达成年度目标，这反映出公司在大规模财务重组后，转型取得进展。
作为旨在恢复盈利的 “创世纪（Genesis）” 重组计划的一部分，该公司裁员 19%，员工总数降至 63，193 人，此前公司已历经多年经营动荡。
核心数据与展望
- 尽管年内与欧盟委员会签下一份重要网络安全合同，Atos核心业务部门营收同比有机下滑 16.2%，至 69.6 亿欧元。
- 旗下 Eviden 部门销售额增长 6.7%，至 10.4 亿欧元，主要得益于德国 “朱庇特” 超级计算机项目交付。
- 截至 12 月底，公司未交付订单总额达 107 亿欧元，相当于 1.3 年的营收规模，表明在手合同充足，为其复苏路径提供支撑。
- Atos预计2026 年为 “企稳之年”，目标实现有机营收正增长；即便市场环境严峻，最差情况跌幅也不超过 5%。
- 公司预计2027—2028 年加速增长，目标年营收增速 5%–7%，并在 2028 年实现 10% 的营业利润率。
- Atos还计划在 2028 年前将杠杆率降至净债务低于营业利润的 1.5 倍，力争获得投资级信用评级。
