智通财经APP讯，巨京控股(08450)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，公司非全资附属公司Voice Production与澳门星订立演唱会共同投资协议，据此，Voice Production已同意与澳门星就协办方权益进行共同投资。Voice Production须向澳门星出资投资额748.6万港元，以换取澳门星所持协办方权益所产生96%经济利益(包括利润分成以及承担成本与亏损的义务)的享有权。
主办方的母公司为台湾电影及娱乐领域的市场领导者，在管理各类文化及创意活动(包括电影制作、演唱会、音乐发行、艺人管理及创意策划)方面拥有良好往绩。凭借主办方的良好往绩及艺人的强大市场号召力，公司预期投资演唱会将可带来经风险调整后的吸引回报。预期的经济利益有望增强集团的盈利状况，并为股东创造持续价值。
