格隆汇3月6日丨中伟新材(300919.SZ)公布，公司全资子公司PT Barokah NewEnergyand Technology Indonesia(简称“印尼巴罗卡新能源科技”)持有PT Anugerah BarokahCakrawala(简称“巴罗卡”)51%股权。为优化资产结构，印尼巴罗卡新能源科技和PT Billy International(简称“比利国际”)于 2026 年 3 月 6 日签署了《股权买卖协议》，由印尼巴罗卡新能源科技将其持有的巴罗卡 2.02%股权转让给比利国际。本次股权转让完成后，巴罗卡不再是公司合并报表范围内的子公司。 巴罗卡作为公司控股子公司期间，公司为支持其日常运营为其提供了借款，截至2026年3月6日，公司(含其他子公司)向巴罗卡(含子公司，下同)提供借款余额为13,000万美元。在本次股权转让完成后，公司将被动形成对外提供财务资助，其实质为公司对原控股子公司日常经营性借款的延续。
