智通财经APP讯，环球数码创意(08271)发布公告，预期本集团2025年财政年度与2024年同期录得亏损6,380万港元比较，将会录得不多于1,400万港元之盈利。该转亏为盈主要由于:1)持续经营业务的净亏损减少约4,140万港元;及2)对本集团已终止经营业务-广东环球数码创意产业有限公司终止综合入账而产生的一次性净收益约3,300万港元。广东环球数码的破产清算申请已被法院接纳并正式任命了破产管理人。因此，本公司不再被视为对广东环球数码拥有控制权，其财务表现不再并入本集团的财务业绩。于2025年9月28日，广东省广州市中级人民法院颁布广东环球数码破产。
