证券日报网讯 3月6日，美格智能发布公告称，公司于 2026 年 3 月 6 日召开了第四届董事会第十四次会议，审议通过了《关于开展外汇套期保值业务的议案》，同意公司及控股子公司以自有资金开展总额度不超过 2，500 万美元或其他等值外币的外汇套期保值业务，自董事会批准之日起十二个月内有效，在额度范围内，资金可循环滚动使用。
