智通财经APP讯，中国罕王(03788)发布公告，有关建议更改公司名称之特别决议案于股东特别大会上获股东批准后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出更改公司注册成立名称的证书，证明本公司之英文名称已由“China Hanking Holdings Limited”更 改 为“ Hanking Gold International Limited”，而本公司之中文名称已由“中国罕王控股有限公司”更改为“罕王黄金国际有限公司”，均自2026年2月12日起生效。香港公司注册处处长已于2026年3月3日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司新英文名称“Hanking Gold International Limited”及中文名称“罕王黄金国际有限公司”已分别根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港注册登记。
于更改公司名称后，于联交所买卖股份之英文股份简称将由“CHINA HANKING”更改 为“ HANKING GOLD”，而中文股份简称将由“中国罕王”更改为“罕王黄金”，自2026年3月11日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所之股份代号保持不变，仍为“03788”。
