消息面上，基石药业-B此前发布公告称，公司核心资产CS2009(PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三特异性抗体)用于晚期实体瘤的II期新药临床试验(IND)申请已经获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准。基石药业首席执行官、研发总裁及执行董事杨建新博士表示，公司正在全面推进CS2009的全球临床开发专案，并期待在不久的将来分享更多积极数据和研究进展。
国元证券发布研报称，基石药业-B核心产品CS2009(PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三抗)临床数据优异，安全性显著优于同类疗法，在IO经治NSCLC患者中ORR达17.6%，DCR达82.4%。该行指出，当前CS2009正在进行全球多中心二期临床研究，地点包括澳大利亚和中国，目前已入组200例患者，美国II期临床已经获得FDA批准，预计3月公布数据更新并推进BD合作。
