智通财经APP讯，EDA集团控股(02505)发布公告，于2026年3月6日(美国时间)，本公司的全资子公司(作为租户)、EDA International Inc.及本公司(作为租赁担保人)就位于美国新泽西州帕尔米拉的该物业(位于203 Route 73 S, Palmyra, New Jersey, the United State约45.72万平方尺的空间)租赁事宜与业主订立租赁协议。
董事会认为，订立租赁协议为本集团扩展其全球物流网络及足迹的契机，符合其成为全球领先的人工智能物流技术服务集团的整体战略发展方向。租赁协议项下的该物业将用作本公司于美国的自营仓库。
