何禹先生辞任后，就上市规则第3.05条而言，彼不再为授权代表，自2026年3月5日起生效。卓文杰先生已获委任为授权代表及获授权人(就联交所电子呈交系统而言)，以取代何禹先生，自2026年3月5日起生效。
