智通财经APP讯，嘉宏教育(01935)发布公告，与2024年度相比，预期集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占综合净利润将取得约25%至30%的减幅。
董事会认为，2025年度的公司拥有人应占综合净利润减少，主要是由于(i)于2025年度，集团位于杭州的营运学院的学生宿舍进行重大翻新，而该等学生宿舍装修于2025年12月31日的剩余价值已撇销，导致公司取得处置物业、厂房及设备亏损;(ii)为支持预期于来年九月开始营运的新校区，并提升集团的教学质素，于2025年度招聘更多新教师，导致薪金及福利大幅增加。
