全国政协常委、九三学社中央副主席、中国科学院院士、复旦大学附属中山医院心内科主任葛均波教授在两会期间接受记者采访时表示，人工智能的能力目前已经在医学影像、病理等学科发挥出巨大的优势，并助力基层疾病的诊断，手术机器人也已经初步展现潜力。

葛均波预测，在不久的将来，随着 AI 技术的进步以及算法的完善，AI 的能力一定会超过最顶尖的医生，从辅助医生逐步走向具有独立思考能力的诊疗工具。

然而，在 AI 医疗发展的过程中，葛均波提出了两个关键问题：第一是患者隐私如何保护，第二是 AI 在医疗过程中一旦出现问题，责任由谁来承担？

针对这两大核心问题，葛均波表示，目前还在讨论研究的过程中，希望通过行业经验的积累找到有效的应对方案。
