智通财经APP讯，中伟新材(02579)发布公告，公司拟开展外汇及商品套期保值业务，一方面，有效防范外汇汇率波动带来的经营财务风险，降低汇兑损失，提高外币资金使用效率;另一方面，有效防范大宗商品价格变动带来的市场风险，降低材料价格波动对公司正常经营的影响。
公司及子公司拟开展的外汇套期保值业务在任一交易日持有的最高合约价值预计不超过人民币150亿元或等值外币;商品套期保值业务保证金和权利金上限预计不超过人民币70亿元或等值外币，前述保证金额度内资金可循环使用，且任一时点的持仓保证金和权利金金额不超过已审议额度。
