奈飞（NFLX）周四宣布，已收购InterPositive公司 —— 这是由奥斯卡奖得主本・阿弗莱克创办的影视技术公司，专门为电影制作开发人工智能工具。
交易财务条款未予披露。
传媒行业正逐渐接受将 AI 用于内容创作与叙事，这与好莱坞此前担忧新技术冲击创意岗位和知识产权的态度形成重大转变。
去年下半年，迪士尼曾宣布允许 OpenAI 在其 Sora AI 视频生成器中使用《星球大战》、皮克斯、漫威系列的角色。
奈飞首席内容官贝拉・巴贾里亚表示：
“我们相信，新工具应当拓展创作自由，而非限制它，或取代编剧、导演、演员及制作团队的工作。”
此次收购是这家流媒体巨头在退出收购华纳兄弟探索集团工作室及流媒体资产的高规格竞购后的首笔收购 —— 此前派拉蒙与天舞传媒的竞标被认为更具优势。
阿弗莱克是奥斯卡获奖影片《逃离德黑兰》的导演兼主演，他于 2022 年创立 InterPositive。该公司打造的 AI 模型经过训练，能够理解视觉逻辑与剪辑连贯性，并在镜头缺失、灯光错误等现实拍摄挑战下，仍遵循电影制作规则。
阿弗莱克表示：
“我们还加入了约束机制以保护创作意图，因此这些工具旨在负责任地探索创意，同时把创作决定权牢牢交给艺术家。”
阿弗莱克将以高级顾问身份加入奈飞。
