智通财经APP讯，爱芯元智(00600)发布公告，于2026年3月7日(星期六)，招股章程所述的超额配股权已获整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际承销商)部分行使，涉及合共117.61万股H股(超额配发股份)，相当于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数约1.12%。
本公司将根据超额配股权的部分行使，按全球发售项下发售价每股H股28.20港元发行及配发超额配发股份。超额配发股份将用于促成将部分H股交付予已同意延迟交付其根据全球发售认购的相关H股的承配人。
根据香港法例第571W章《证券及期货(稳定价格)规则》第9(2)条，本公司宣布，有关全球发售的稳定价格期于2026年3月7日(星期六)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。有关稳定价格操作人中国国际金融香港证券有限公司或其联属人士或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期间进行的稳定价格行动的进一步资料载列于本公告。
