公司董事会同意提名朱云女士为公司第六届非执行董事候选人，任期自股东会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会履职届满之日止。同意朱女士正式任职公司非执行董事后担任公司董事会审核委员会副主席及委员、提名委员会委员的职务。 同意提名曹庆伟先生为公司第六届董事会非执行董事候选人，任期自股东会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会履职届满之日止。
公司董事会同意聘任程艳女士担任公司首席信息官，任期自本公告日期之日起至本届高级管理人员任期届满之日止。
