智通财经APP讯，嘉高达资本(01468)发布公告，有关收购Jakota Capital AG涉及根据一般授权发行代价股份的相关事宜。经本公司与卖方就本集团整体市场环境及未来业务发展方向的变动进行审慎考虑及讨论后，本公司与卖方已一致同意现时不推进收购事项。
于2026年3月6日，本公司与卖方订立终止函，本公司与卖方已一致同意终止协议(经补充协议修订)，自终止函日期起生效(终止)。根据终止函，函件订约方的所有权利、义务及责任将停止及终止，且任何订约方均不得就收购事项向另一方提出任何索偿，惟先前违反协议(经补充协议修订)项下任何义务的情况除外。
董事会认为，终止将不会对本集团现有业务、营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
