智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，本公司全资附属公司CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF)的若干全资附属公司(该等卖方)与 JSA International U.S. Holdings, LLC(买方)订立一份买卖协议，据此，该等卖方同意通过向买方出售就飞机设立的信托的受益权的方式出售四架B737-8飞机(本交易)。
董事会谨此确认，本公司符合上市规则第14.04(10E)条所载的合资格飞机出租商的资格标准;本交易由本公司通过该等卖方于其日常及一般业务过程中按一般商业条款订立;及本交易条款属公平合理，并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
