SALA (TYO:2734) set the selling price for its secondary share offering at 1,054 yen per share, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The offering through underwriters totals about 5.44 billion yen, while the underwriting value was set at 1,010.52 yen per share. The shares are scheduled for delivery on March 18.
The company also plans an overallotment of up to 773,500 shares at the same price, with a total value of about 815.27 million yen.
