ChainCatcher 消息，Across Protocol 背后的开发团队 Risk Labs 提议解散现有 DAO 结构，将项目转型为美国 C 型公司。团队指出，现有代币与 DAO 架构已实质影响其与机构及企业伙伴达成合作的能力，传统公司结构将有助于开拓新商业机会。
根据方案，ACX 持币者可选择以 1:1 比例将代币换取新公司股权，或以每枚 0.04375 美元的价格兑换 USDC，较过去 30 日均价溢价 25%。持币逾 500 万枚者可直接转换股权，较小持币者则可通过特殊目的载体（SPV）参与。
消息公布后，ACX 单日暴涨 70% 至 0.06 美元。赎回窗口预计在提案通过后三个月内开放，为期六个月。联合创始人 Hart Lambur 强调，正式决定须经 DAO 投票通过。
