中国质量新闻网讯 “我所全体女性监管干部立足本职、坚守一线，在‘三八’国际妇女节期间专项开展网络餐饮服务整治行动，全面规范线上线下餐饮经营全流程行为，坚决筑牢食品安全坚固防线，全力保障消费者每份外卖吃得安心、吃得放心。”3月7日，湖北省汉川市市场监管局城北所主要负责人说。
“三八”国际妇女节来临之际，城北市场监管所的女性执法人员坚守监管一线，以高度的责任心和“巾帼不让须眉”的担当精神，聚焦网络餐饮领域风险隐患，靶向发力、从严监管，全力织密外卖食品安全防护网。深入开展外卖商户巡查，严格核查经营资质、后厨卫生、食材管控及餐食封签等，强调餐食配送过程中的卫生规范、餐箱清洁消毒、食安封签查验、禁止配送问题餐食等关键环节。
在细致排查风险隐患过程中，针对从业人员健康证过期、后厨卫生差等常见隐患，城北市场监管所的女同志鼓励外卖配送人员参与社会监督，以“吹哨人”身份激活基层监管“神经末梢”，着力构建政府监管、平台履责、骑手监督、社会共治的全链条食品安全共治格局，全面提升网络餐饮食品安全监管质效。（谢志广 王传学 胡承）
