消息面上，据晚点报道，Qwen管理调整出炉。Qwen模型一号位由阿里云CTO和通义实验室负责人周靖人代管，他会深入了解模型发展需要的资源，提升各环节协作效率，确保模型高效迭代。负责Qwen预训练的刘大一恒，则将同时代管后训练和Coding团队。刘大一恒和Qwen模型团队的其他leader向周靖人汇报。
小摩此前发布研报称，基于“Qwen即业务”的叙事，将Qwen管理层变动视为执行风险溢价，并不会立即打破投资逻辑。核心原因是阿里巴巴越发将 Qwen定位成系统故事（开放权重业务+云商业化+消费者分销），而非单一发布或单一个人故事。
