智通财经APP讯，华富建业金融(00952)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得的除税前综合亏损将不超过2.35亿港元, 相较截至2024年12月31日止年度则为除税前综合亏损6600万港元。该除税前亏损主要因为集团于富中集团有限公司的非上市股本投资的公平值亏损及就信用贷款及按摊销成本计量的其他财务资产的预期信贷损失拨备。此等原因均属非现金性质，并不会对集团的经营现金流产生影响。
尽管存在上述预期亏损，集团核心经营业务的收入(包括资产管理业务、经纪业务和企业融资业务的费用及佣金收入，以及经纪业务的利息收入)较去年实现增长。集团亦通过改善营运效率而实现了成本节省。
