3月12日，九龙仓集团（00004）发布2025年全年业绩公告，公司基础净盈利增加47%至41.04亿港元，主要反应发展物业减值拨备减少，以及借贷成本降低。公司收入减少9%至109.97亿港元，营业盈利减少10%至50.68亿港元。
具体业务方面，因中国内地租金偏软，投资物业收入减少3%至44.93亿港元，营业盈利减少4%至29.09亿港元；发展物业收入下跌39%至13.67亿港元，营业盈利下跌78%至1.03亿港元，主要由于内地销售持续收缩，尤其是非住宅物业；酒店收入增长6%至6.56亿港元，长沙柏悦酒店和玛珂酒店的亏损收窄，营业盈利仍仅达到收支平衡。
