智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2026年3月11日，本公司全资附属公司安徽招联(作为承租人)与农银金融租赁订立融资租赁协议，据此，在当中所载条款及条件的规限下，农银金融租赁同意以总代价人民币3.25亿元向安徽招联清洁能源有限公司(安徽招联)购买租赁资产，随后将租赁资产租回予安徽招联。
根据融资租赁协议，应付予农银金融租赁的租金总额约为人民币3.73亿元，即购买租赁资产成本总额人民币3.25亿元及估计利息总额约人民币4800万元的总和。租期将为120个月。
租赁资产为与浮动式光伏发电项目有关的各种设备及组件(如变压器及电缆等)。浮动式光伏发电项目位于中国安徽省淮南市凤台县的100兆瓦浮动式光伏发电项目。
本公司为一间投资控股公司，而本集团主要从事发电站及其他清洁能源项目的开发、投资、营运及管理。融资租赁协议及其项下拟进行之交易为本集团提供更多财务资源用于浮动式光伏发电项目发展及安徽招联的营运资金，亦让本集团得以更有效地运用内部资源。
