智通财经APP讯，毛记葵涌(01716)及要约人骁骏传奇有限公司联合公布，要约人已于2026年3月12日完成向Blackpaper Limited购买1.755亿股销售股份，相当于公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额的65%，总现金代价为1.222亿港元(即每股销售股份约0.6963港元)。根据收购守则第26.1条，要约人须就要约人、马黎阳博士及彼等任何一方的一致行动人士尚未拥有或同意将予收购的所有已发行股份作出要约，每股要约股份现金0.6963港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股1.21港元折让约42.45%。倘要约获悉数接纳，要约的代价将为6580.035万港元。要约人拟于要约结束后维持股份于联交所的上市地位。
此外，公司已申请股份自2026年3月13日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
据悉，马黎阳博士为要约人的唯一董事，及为要约人所有已发行股份的唯一法定及实益拥有人。
