以色列网络安全企业 Onyx Security 于周四正式启动运营，此前已完成 4000 万美元首轮融资。这表明，尽管美以与伊朗的冲突持续，投资者对该国科技行业仍保持兴趣。

　　以色列科技行业被视为全球规模最大的科技领域之一，约占国内生产总值的 20%、就业岗位的 15%，占以色列出口总额的一半以上，其中网络安全是增长迅速的细分领域。

　　Onyx 开发了一款用于保护和管控人工智能智能体的平台，过去一年半处于所谓 “隐身研发模式”，并表示已与多家《财富》世界 500 强企业展开合作。

　　曾服役于以色列 8200 军事情报部队的 Onyx 联合创始人兼首席执行官马克西姆・巴尔・科甘表示：“每家企业都在成为智能体运营方 —— 无论它们是否有意如此。”

　　“智能体被赋予访问企业最核心系统的权限，但我们如何保证它们不会犯下严重错误或遭到入侵？” 他称，“安全落地 AI 智能体，既需要防范攻击，也必须确保智能体不出现关键失误。”

　　Onyx 称，本轮融资由风投机构 Conviction Partners、Cyberstarts 以及一批天使投资人领投。资金将用于扩充产品与工程团队，并开发新的人工智能模型。

　　Alphabet 旗下谷歌于周三完成对以色列网络安全公司 Wiz 的 320 亿美元收购。

　　尽管加沙地区存在冲突，以色列科技初创企业在 2025 年仍融资约 160 亿美元，高于 2024 年的 122 亿美元。
