智通财经APP讯，实德环球(00487)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得重大未经审核综合亏损，介乎约3.7亿港元至4.1亿港元，而去年同期则取得经审核综合溢利约9300万港元。
集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审核综合亏损主要源于下列各项：(a)由于结束营运十六浦娱乐场(上述结束营运详情于本公司日期为2025年11月20日的自愿性公告内披露)，集团(i)于截至2025年12月31日止年度确认与十六浦(集团的旗舰投资项目)有关的联营公司(该等联营公司)的权益的账面值重大减值亏损;及(ii)于截至2025年12月31日止年度因该等联营公司撇销大额款项资产而取得应占该等联营公司的亏损，集团于去年同期应占该等联营公司的溢利约为1.12亿港元;及(b)于截至2025年12月31日止年度，集团海外上市股本证券的公平值收益大幅减少。
