期货日报网讯（记者肖佳煊）2026年全国两会，全国人大代表雷军带来多份建议。雷军表示，加快培育智能网联新能源汽车复合型人才，是破解人才供需脱节、应对技术变革挑战、夯实产业发展根基的关键举措。
雷军表示，全球汽车电动化、智能化、网联化浪潮加速重塑产业格局，智能网联新能源汽车是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心载体，既是我国汽车产业高端化、智能化、绿色化转型的关键抓手，更是落实“双碳”目标、建设制造强国、交通强国、网络强国、数字中国的重要支撑。当前，产业竞争已从单点技术比拼，转向生态协同能力较量，人才成为核心竞争力的关键支撑，人才能力需求从“单一学科支撑”转向“复合交叉、系统集成”。
为此，雷军建议，设立“智能电动车辆”一级交叉学科，重构知识体系；推行“双导师”与“实战化”培养模式，深化产教融合；强化政策引导作用，构建汽车行业协同育人新机制。
