智通财经APP讯，大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，本着谨慎性原则，本公司根据《企业会计准则》及本公司会计政策对本公司及其子公司的资产进行了减值测试，并根据减值测试结果拟对其中存在减值迹像的资产相应计提资产减值准备。计提资产减值准备的具体情况载列如下：经本公司对应收款项的预期可回收金额进行测试，部分应收款项存在回收风险，故拟对应收款项计提减值准备约人民币1843.41万元。因本公司其中一家参股公司经营不善导致股权投资存在损失风险，故拟对该长期股权投资计提减值损失约人民币49.75万元。因部分前期项目已不具备开发条件，本公司已终止部分项目前期工作，故拟对部分前期项目前期费计提减值准备约人民币 2.04亿元。
上述计提资产减值准备事宜预计将导致本公司截至2025年12月31日止年度利润总额减少约人民币2.23亿元，本公司截至2025年12月31日止年度归属母公司所有者的净利润减少约人民币1.93亿元。
