** Shares of Caprice Resources CRS.AX fall as much as 14.7% to A$0.081, their largest intraday pct drop since early December 2025

** Stock hits lowest since February 16, on track for third straight day of losses

** Diversified miner receives firm commitments to raise A$12.74 million ($8.91 million) via a private placement

** Placement issue price at A$0.08 per share, a 15.8% discount to stock's last close

** Says funds will be used to advance exploration at co's Murchison gold projects in Western Australia

** More than 3.4 million shares change hands, 1.3 times the 30-day average

** Stock down 12.8% YTD, including the day's moves
