智通财经APP讯，首都金融控股(08239)发布公告，本集团预期2025年度将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损不少于2800万港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年度)则取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约1690万港元。
董事会认为，预期亏损增加乃主要由于以下因素综合所致：1.行政及其他开支较2024年度增加约770万港元，乃由于员工成本及捐赠支出增加所致，捐赠乃向一所大学作出以支持成立人工智能会计与金融中心;2.2025年度注销一间附属公司时产生的先前于其他全面收入内确认的累计汇兑亏损增加约410万港元，乃由于完成注销附属公司所致;3.因客户贷款减少而拨回预期信贷亏损(预期信贷亏损)相关的暂时性差异导致所得税开支较2024年度增加约2400万港元;及
有关影响已由以下各项所减轻：4.由于客户贷款减少，客户贷款的预期信贷亏损的亏损拨备拨回较2024年度减少约1780万港元。
