智通财经APP讯，顺丰房托(02191)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期业绩，顺丰房托取得收益4.6亿港元，同比增加2%;物业收入净额3.837亿港元，同比增加6.2%;可供分派收入2.4亿港元，同比增加2.4%;每基金单位分派26.33港仙。
本年度的可供分派收入总额上升2.4%至2.4亿港元(2024年：2.344亿港元)，为与基金单位持有人交易前的亏损，并经调整以撇销信托契约所载调整的影响。该等调整主要包括投资物业公允价值亏损、金融工具公允价值亏损-非现金结算部分及递延税项抵免。
为持续提升财务实力，董事会已决议维持90%的分派比率，并就2025年7月1日至 2025年12月31日期间宣派末期分派每基金单位13.22港仙( 2024年末期分派每基金单位：12.69港仙)。
连同早前已宣派及派发的中期分派，全年每基金单位分派总额将为26.33港仙(2024 年：27.40港仙)。按本年度最后一个交易日的基金单位收市价2.80港元计算，该分派的分派收益率为9.4%。
