智通财经APP获悉，美佳音控股(06939)尾盘涨近23%，本周累涨逾50%。截至发稿，涨21.57%，报1.86港元，成交额1195.25万港元。
消息面上，美佳音控股此前发布公告，披露其将引入新的控股股东。纳思达旗下芯片平台极海中国将通过间接全资附属公司，合计投入资金约1.69亿港元取得美佳音控股的控股权。据悉，极海中国由纳思达直接拥有81.084%、由国家集成电路产业投资基金二期股份有限公司拥有7.895%及由21名其他少数股东各自拥有极海中国少于5%的股权。
公开资料显示，珠海美佳音成立于2010年，系美佳音控股有限公司的间接全资子公司，主要从事兼容耗材芯片的研究、设计、开发及销售，公司的ASIC和SOC设计方案走在芯片技术领域前端，多项技术行业领先，产品开发获得多项专利。
