智通财经APP讯，财富链(00616)发布公告，于2026年3月12日，本公司直接全资附属公司Skill Master(作为潜在卖方)与永义(作为潜在买方)订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，卖方拟出售而买方拟收购目标公司宝艺国际集团10%至20%股权(可能出售事项)。目标公司为一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司，主要从事物业发展业务。
于本公布日期，目标公司的主要资产为位于九龙青山道646、648及648A号的发展中物业(丰华项目)，计划发展为学生宿舍，其估计价值约为9.4亿港元。
经考虑将丰华项目发展为优质学生宿舍的总估计成本，董事认为可能出售事项(如落实)乃一良机，可让本公司与买方分担市场风险;产生即时现金流入;及拥有可分担丰华项目日后施工成本的战略合作伙伴。
