近日，全国人大代表、航天科技集团五院513所所长、党委副书记李林表示，“十五五”时期将是我国商业航天进入产业化发展的关键期，他建议进一步提升基础器件和材料保障能力，拓宽面向产业的供应链规模，提升规模化生产制造能力。

当前，我国商业航天进入高速增长期，但在基础器件和材料保障能力方面，存在“供应链规模小，配套能力相对薄弱”“规模化研制中的质量管控能力不足”“研制成本高、迭代慢”等问题，距离未来更大规模卫星组网需求仍有差距。

围绕该问题，他提出以下建议：一要扩市场、强协同、优供给，通过加大卫星投入、培育配套集群、设立攻关基金，构建安全可控的现代化供应链；二要立标准、强体系、促转型，完善批产标准与模块化设计，引入数字化技术，推动星箭产品向标准模块转变；三要提效率、促迭代、降成本，突破关键器件材料瓶颈，革新研制模式，打通低成本、高效率、可持续的商业航天产业化发展路径。
