** Hospital operator Universal Health Services <UHS.N> said it would acquire virtual healthcare provider Talkspace <TALK.O> in a deal valued at $835 million, amid rising demand for behavioral health services.

** Oil producer Chevron <CVX.N> is in advanced talks with Brazilian conglomerate Ultrapar <UGPA3.SA> to purchase a 30% stake in fuel distributor Ipiranga, Brazil Journal reported , citing two sources familiar with the matter.

** EQT <EQTAB.ST> said it had agreed to buy a 42% stake in Yorkshire Water's parent firm Kelda Holdings, one of the sector's largest recent investments at a time when Britain’s privatised water companies are grappling with high debts and rising public anger over sewage spills and service failures.
