智通财经APP讯，汇彩控股(01180)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得溢利1.394亿港元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的溢利3.819亿港元减少63.5%。溢利有所减少乃主要归因于(i)集团来自在中国澳门提供娱乐场管理服务的收入与前期相比减少11.9%;(ii)集团来自销售及╱或租赁电子娱乐设备及系统的收入与前期相比减少45.3%;(iii)由于集团于澳门管理的金碧汇彩娱乐场终止营运，集团向其雇员支付及就由澳娱综合度假股份有限公司雇用并于娱乐场工作的博彩业务员工向澳娱综合报销合共4210万港元，而该款项预计将作为雇员赔偿及福利(包括长期服务金)于报告期的综合财务报表中列作开支。
