智通财经APP讯，天津建发(02515)发布公告，配售事项已于2026年3月9日完成。合共4315.8万股新股份已按每股0.68港元的配售价成功配售予不少于六名承配人，净配售价(经扣除费用、成本及开支后)估计约为每股配售股份0.68港元。配售股份的数目占经配售事项扩大后本公司股份(不包括库存股份)的约16.67%。
配售事项所得款项总额约为2930万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除佣金及估计开支后)合共约为2920万港元。董事会计划将：(i)配售事项所得款项净额约34.3%用作成立新公司以建立机械租赁平台;(ii)配售事项所得款项净额约31.5%用作一般营运资金;及(iii)配售事项所得款项净额约34.2%用作把握未来投资机会。考虑到本公司日常营运的当前现金需求及投资所需的现金规模，本公司合理预期将于未来3个月内动用配售事项所得款项净额。
