Nanjing Leads Biolabs (HKG:9887) said its shares will be included as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index and added to the Stock Connect Southbound Trading Link, according to a March 6 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the clinical-stage biotech company gained nearly 5% in Monday morning trade.

The inclusion will take effect March 9, allowing eligible mainland investors to trade the company's Hong Kong-listed shares through the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs, the filing said.
