智通财经APP讯，贪玩(09890)发布公告，集团预期取得截至2025年12月31日止年度净利润不低于人民币15亿元，较2024年同期净利润人民币4400万元呈现显著增长。
集团于报告期间实现净利润的大幅增长，主要归因于以下因素：(i)与集团持有的其他上市公司股份有关的按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值收益显著增加;(ii)具有较高营业利润率的境外游戏发行业务产生的收益增加;(iii) 销售及分销开支有所下降，原因是(a)AI技术在游戏发行运营中的应用以及投放模型算法优化;(b)集团对于部分储备游戏产品尚在不断优化调整中，尚未进行大规模推广;(c)部分游戏产品组合已进入成熟期，品牌效应降低新获客成本。上述原因共同导致销售及分销开支下降，营销费用率降低，进而带动游戏业务利润的增长;但(iv)部分被若干历史游戏版权金进行计提减值所抵销。
