智通财经APP讯，百济神州(06160)发布公告，2018 员工购股计划的新一轮认购期自2026年3月2日起至2026年8月31日止。合资格雇员将于认购期结束后购买股份(包括以美国存托股份的形式)，购股资金从其认购期所得薪金中扣除。
2018员工购股计划使合资格雇员可按市价15%折让申购股份(包括以美国存托股份的形式)。雇员可于认购期结束后购买股份，购股资金可从其认购期内所得薪金中扣除。2018员工购股计划由董事会薪酬委员会管理。
本公司相信，持续为本公司雇员提供通过参与2018员工购股计划获得本公司所有权权益的机会，鼓励其继续受雇于本公司，并使其利益与本公司股东的利益更紧密地保持一致，符合本公司及股东的最佳利益。
