新浪科技讯 3月11日晚间消息，据网友在社交平台爆料，其在武汉使用萝卜快跑的服务时，遭遇车门夹住衣物并被拖行约一个路口。

　　据用户网友发文，“萝卜快跑关门的时候夹了我的衣服，然后自己走了，拖行了差不多一个路口，要不是赶紧把书包衣服都脱了，就被拖着跑了。而且车外没有任何急停的措施，车门我也解锁不了，说有紧急情况让打电话，打电话先听3分钟机器人语音，根本找不到人工客服。”

　　另有知情人士表示，怀疑用户将衣服故意塞到车门中。截至发稿，萝卜快跑方面尚未回应此事。
