受该消息影响，原油期货价格一度跌破90美元大关。在不确定因素笼罩下，美股三大指数期货涨幅略有回吐，黄金价格和白银价格在历经盘整后继续上涨，金价上涨超2.5%，白银价格上涨超6%。
盘前MG7涨跌不一，多数保持盘整。
此前消息称，三星电子和SK海力士计划注销合计20.8万亿韩元（约合141亿美元）的库存股，以响应公司治理改革。此举旨在提升公司治理、缩小“韩国折价”现象，通过提高股东回报来改善估值。该消息带动半导体，存储板块上行。
