立耀已向岑允华先生(岑先生)出售合共2.6亿股股份，占于本公告日期已发行股份约19.15%;及
保集国际已向五名独立投资者(买方)出售合共4.49亿股股份，占于本公告日期已发行股份约33.04%(统称转让事项)。
