智通财经APP讯，开源控股(01215)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约1.28亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得本公司拥有人应占溢利约3580万港元。
预期本年度由盈转亏主要由于Paris Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysees(酒店)部分区域于本年度内关闭进行装修，导致本集团的收入及酒店贡献的毛利分别减少至约 1.92亿港元及710万港元(2024年：分别约3.24亿港元及约8670万港元);与联营公司已抵押予本集团的在建工程资产有关的未偿还金额增加，以及该联营公司进行重组，导致确认联营公司的贷款的减值拨备约6390万港元(2024年：无);及于2024年续期的1.75亿欧罗银行贷款的融资成本(扣除现金流量对冲之公平值摊销)增加至约7770万港元(2024年：约4890万港元)。
