Shares of G-III Apparel fell after the company reported fourth-quarter earnings below Wall Street's expectations.
The stock fell 13% to $25.80. It was up 17% over the last 12 months through Wednesday's close.
The company reported adjusted earnings of 30 cents a share, missing Wall Street's forecast of 59 cents a share, according to FactSet.
Net sales came in at $771.5 million, below analysts' expectation of $792 million.
The company guided for fiscal 2027 net sales of $2.71 billion and adjusted earnings of $2 to $2.10 a share.
Analysts had been forecasting net sales of $2.71 billion and adjusted earnings of $2.93 a share.
