智通财经APP讯，IDT INT'L(00167)发布公告，配售协议(经补充协议修订及补充)所载所有先决条件均已达成，且配售事项已于2026年3月12日根据配售协议(经补充协议修订及补充)的条款及条件完成。 合共8665.2万股配售股份(相当于紧随完成后本公司于本公布日期已发行股本约16.66%)已按配售价每股配售股份1.88港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
扣除所有相关开支(包括但不限于配售佣金、专业费用及其他相关开支)后，配售事项所得款项净额约为1.61亿港元。诚如补充公布所披露，本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额分配如下：金额约8034万港元(即所得款项净额约50.0%)用于设立并发展该计划;及金额约8034万港元(即所得款项净额约50.0%)用于补充本集团一般营运资金。
