智通财经APP讯，德基科技控股(01301)发布公告，较截至2024年12月31日止年度本公司拥有人应占净溢利约人民币400万元，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)将取得本公司拥有人应占净亏损约人民币1200万元至1800万元之间。
该预期净亏损主要由以下因素所致：(i)海外销售下降;(ii)本年度确认的贸易应收款减值亏损转回金额较少，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的转回金额约为人民币900万元;(iii) 由于市场需求疲弱，导致存货周转变慢及潜在呆滞货品增加，预期存货拨备增加;及(iv)集团因运输及货运费用以及分销费用上升而导致销售及分销开支增加。
