智通财经APP获悉，美国室内空气系统供应商Madison Air Solutions周一已向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交首次公开募股(IPO) 申请。据知情人士透露，该公司寻求通过IPO筹资至少20亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“MAIR”。
Madison Air Solutions成立于2017年，为商业和住宅环境开发和制造室内空气质量及空气管理技术。其产品可在数据中心、半导体制造设施、办公场所和家庭等高要求环境中实现空气的调节、冷却、循环和净化。公司旗下品牌包括Nortek Air Solutions、Nortek Data Center Cooling、AprilAire以及Big Ass Fans。公司表示，其相当一部分收入来自庞大的已安装设备基础——2025年净销售额中约一半来自设备更换和升级需求，约10%来自售后零部件和服务——这有助于在不同经济周期中提供持续性收入并增强业务稳定性。数据显示，该公司在截至2025年12月31日的过去12个月中实现33亿美元营收。
