智通财经APP获悉，总部位于加拿大的卫星系统、空间机器人及地理空间智能供应商 MDA Space 于周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了 IPO 申请，拟募资至多 3 亿美元。该公司目前已在多伦多证券交易所挂牌上市。
MDA Space 开发并提供用于太空任务的技术与服务，包括卫星系统、机器人技术及地理空间智能解决方案。其业务主要分为三个板块：卫星系统，负责设计和制造通信卫星及其相关子系统;机器人与太空运营，开发用于太空探索和在轨服务的机器人系统及运营技术;以及地理空间智能，提供地球观测数据、卫星地面基础设施及分析服务。MDA Space 与政府太空机构、国防组织以及商业航空航天公司合作，支持卫星通信、科学任务和地球观测应用。
MDA Space 成立于 1969 年，计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为 MDA。摩根大通、加拿大皇家银行资本市场、BMO Capital Markets、德意志银行、杰富瑞、Scotia Capital和 Canaccord Genuity 担任此次交易的联席账簿管理人。目前尚未披露定价条款，但该公司已开始进行交易推介，预计将于 2026 年 3 月 9 日当周进行定价。
